We are honored to have you visit! Glorious Day Baptist Church is a Bible-believing, Christ-centered congregation dedicated to following God’s Word and fulfilling the Great Commission.

Although our name reflects our local church here in Chanute, Kansas, we also want to welcome you in the spirit of fellowship with the same biblical principles that guide like-minded churches everywhere.

Our mission is to preach and teach the gospel (I Corinthians 15:1–4) according to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20) to those around us and to the uttermost parts of the earth.

We are a called-out assembly of Bible-believing, baptized believers who hold to sound doctrine as found in the preserved and perfect King James Bible.
