Our Heart for Missions
At Glorious Day Baptist Church, we believe in world-wide missions. We count it a great privilege, honor, and duty to support the work of both home and foreign missions—not only through faithful financial giving, but also through continual prayer.
We believe the command to “go into all the world and preach the gospel” (Mark 16:15) extends beyond our local community, reaching the uttermost parts of the earth. Missions is not a program in our church—it is part of the very heartbeat of who we are.
We encourage every believer to be personally involved in missions through:
- Giving sacrificially
- Praying fervently
- Encouraging missionaries
- And being willing to go, if the Lord calls
“Brethren, pray for us.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:25
“The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few.” – Matthew 9:37
