We are so glad you’ve taken the time to learn more about Glorious Day Baptist Church. As you get to know our church family, we want to introduce you to the man God has called to shepherd this local assembly—Pastor Randy Dyke.

Pastor Dyke is a Bible-believing preacher who stands firmly on the truth of God’s Word, the King James Bible. His preaching is bold, compassionate, and uncompromising. He has a burden for souls and a heart for discipleship. With a deep love for the Lord and for people, he is dedicated to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, both here in Chanute and around the world.

Before becoming a pastor, Brother Dyke walked a path that many can relate to—a life marked by brokenness, sin, and searching. But through the grace of God and the faithful witness of his wife and others, he came to know the saving power of Jesus Christ. Now, he boldly shares his testimony to let others know that no one is beyond the reach of God’s love and mercy.

Pastor Dyke not only preaches from the pulpit but lives out his faith daily in service, prayer, and personal outreach. Whether he’s visiting the sick, encouraging the discouraged, or simply sharing a laugh with someone in need of a friend, he does it with the heart of a shepherd.

His vision for Glorious Day Baptist Church is simple but powerful:
· To preach the Word faithfully (2 Timothy 4:2)
· To equip the saints for service (Ephesians 4:12)
· To reach the lost with the gospel (Matthew 28:18–20)
· To glorify God in all things (1 Corinthians 10:31)
